Liminal space games like pools and backrooms have always had a spot  in my interests of genre. I love the soundscapes and feeling this genre gives.

I have been learning Unreal for around a year now and decided to try my hand at this type of game.

Please let me know your thought's to improve the game if you tried the demo.

Thank you

Game looks awesome!

Hi. It is singleplayer and thank you

Hello, this is very good. to me (it’s only my opinion) there are already many games where you are chased by monsters and need to fight, but your environments are so beautiful maybe you could just focus on puzzles to leave the player explore at their own pace and check every corner, and add a backstory. But it might be that I am a quiet player !

I second this, I love games like this but would really like an - enemy free mode if possible. I'm not a fan of horror games, and I think a lot more people would try the game out too. Great stuff so far though

I can certainly add this option. Though the game design is that you will always be able to see and hear the enemy before they see you. the enemies are not to deadly and not super frequent. I feel they add enough to add a smaller part of urgency in some areas. but I'll look into a mode free of them.

Solid demo, though its currently a walking sim I'll be keeping a close eye on updates as this game will be a lot of fun once you finish it. Fresh take on some liminal spaces, added in with these eldritch horrors and huge spaces, the game feels like it will be really good.

I play your game (and a couple others) and leave in depth feedback in the video below. You can also vote for your game to advance in my channels competition for best indie horror game of february at this link: http://youtube.com/post/UgkxMTAEl0KW_PqgRILZNPwiC-DtQLVtJvGT?si=cNfST7T8CMnKqWx7

I'll be 3D printing a monster or scene from the winning game to gift to the game dev- I'm currently printing the winner from january now and I'll be posting it to the channel by the end of the month!

Wow thank you.  as you said at the end, the game is incomplete. enemies will kill you at some point, I need to add the damage system. but again thank you for your time in taking a look at Vastophobia. its most welcome and I love to watch people play it. subbed and liked

Nice very good demo so far and I like how it looks and I kind like it

1. are you planning in full game add some monster  or just nothing just sound effect and release Steam too or just here?
2. maybe multiply with friends
3.and well I might believe the game will be really good when the full game is release anyway well done keep it up and best of luck to your the project !

Hi and thank you.
1. yes steam is planned. I want to get the demo in a good state before that. there are already 2 monsters in game. though jump scares are not going to be a thing in this game. you will always be able to see or hear before the monster sees you.

2. coop is not planned. I have no experience with multiplayer.

3. that's the point of demos. they are a smaller chunk on how the main game will play.

thank you for the feedback. its always welcome
